This study aimed to determine the effect using a disintegrant paracetamol tablets. this study, seven formulas were with different disintegrants, three concentrations F1 5%, F2 10%, and F3 15%, Starch 1500 same concentration control formula without was made wet granulation method. tablets produced tested for physical properties (hardness, disintegration, dissolution). addition, compact ability compared Avicel, 1500, starch. Based on results showed that tended capping less hardness than test better disintegration had faster dissolution profile also other formulas.
